We were established in 2011 by Stephen Platt following his retirement as Chairman of the law firm BakerPlatt. His vision was to create a new breed of professional services firm which would be neither a compliance consultancy nor a law firm. Instead, it would be a practice focussed exclusively on the provision of advisory services relating to matters of financial regulation.
Leveraging Stephen's reputation as one of the world's leading advisors on financial crime and regulatory issues, the firm has in a short time been instructed by clients including regulators, governments, and financial institutions across geographies including the Europe, Asia, MENA, and the Caribbean.
